My eLearning & Instructional Design Process

  • Each project begins with a collaborative kickoff meeting to define clear goals and expectations. We will start by setting up a meeting to discuss your goals and needs of the project.

  • Next, after establishing the needs of the project, I create an action map to identify the desired change, the tasks learners need to perform, and the learning experiences that support those tasks.

  • Subsequently, I develop a detailed storyboard outlining course structure, flow, and interactivity. This serves as the blueprint for building a visually engaging, LMS-ready course using advanced authoring tools.

  • I develop the final product using the storyboard using advanced authoring tools.
